Meeting Registration
To encourage wide participation, especially from students, registration fees have been set as low as possible. VSS membership or registration is not required to submit or attend AVS.
Registration Fees
Registration opens December 16, 2025.
Register by February 27, 2026 to receive the Early Registration rate.
All fees are in US dollars.
