We are pleased to invite you to sponsor the AVS 2026 meeting! AVS will hold an in-person meeting on May 20, 2026, at the beautiful TradeWinds Island Resorts in St. Pete Beach, Florida. The Applied Vision Sciences meeting is committed to progress in understanding vision and its application to technology and applications.
Sponsorship Types
There are four types of AVS sponsorship. Details for each are described below.
Corporate Membership, $10,000
Corporate Membership is available at this time either as a separate membership or as an enhancement to the VSS Corporate Membership. The cost in both cases is $10,000.
- All benefits of Gold Sponsorship (if desired)
- Named sponsor of reception
Gold Sponsor, $5,000
- All benefits of Silver Sponsorship
- Registration to AVS for 10 employees
Silver Sponsor, $2,500
- Registration to AVS for 5 employees
- Company logo displayed on slide between talks
- Company logo on all signage
Contributor, $1,000
- Registration to AVS for 1 employee
- Acknowledgement on Sponsorship page
- Sponsorship of one Coffee Break

*Applications received after February 20 will incur an additional charge of $250 for late processing.
